RECOMMENDED DOSE
2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast or at bedtime,
depending on the indication. Please refer to the
Voluntastrols Dosage Guidelines for more detailed
information. Timing and frequency of dosage may vary
depending on the condition Voluntastrols are
supporting.
Smoking upregulates detoxification enzymes in the liver,
and a more rapid excretion rate of Voluntastrols by up to
30%. Therefore it is recommended smokers take a third
capsule with each dose.
PRECAUTIONS
The phytomolecules contained in Voluntastrols have
been shown to normalise blood pressure in some cases,
therefore careful monitoring is recommended of those
on high blood pressure medication or those with existing
low blood pressure. Dosage of Voluntastrols or other
blood pressure medication may need to be tailored
accordingly. Due to the complexity of determining
otherwise, we recommend caution by pregnant women
and breast-feeding mothers. As with any supplement or
medication, do not take if allergic to any of the
ingredients.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Voluntastrols contain extracts from normal everyday
foods that do not have contraindications. Prescription
medications may have contraindications with any of the
food sources contained in Voluntastrols i.e. citrus (Citrus
reticulata, Citrus aurantiifolia, Citrus sinensis, Citrus
limon), chamomile, cacao. If these food sources are
permitted to be consumed whilst on medication, then so
too can Voluntastrols.
INHIBITORS
Artificial sweeteners, including stevia, may inhibit the
absorption of Voluntastrols. It might be beneficial to
avoid them.
