At The Vitality Project our mission is to teach people the importance of brain health. It is as a key factor towards our mental wellbeing, vitality and freedom. Our research told us that people have a good understanding of mental wellbeing. However, their knowledge of brain health was minimal at best.
Your brain is the most important part of your body, continually working even when you are asleep. Typically, you will spend 4 to 5 minutes a day brushing our teeth, because we understand the benefits. But ask yourself, how much time do you spend on protecting the health of your brain?
Far too many people wait until their health is suffering, before seeking the help to get back on track and a return to vitality and freedom.
